Ingredients - 3 cups of water, 1 cup of elderberries, 1 cup of raw honey, 2 tablespoons of freshly sliced ginger, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of cloves.
How to do - In a pot, pour all the ingredients except honey and bring it to a boil. Simmer it for an hour. Once that is done, remove the pot from the heat and strain the liquid using a sieve.
