In a bid to offset the increase in prices, Yamaha will offer a 'side stand switch' as standard on select variants. This additional safety feature will prevent the engine to start until the side stand is withdrawn entirely. However, Yamaha is yet to announce which of the models will be the first to receive the updated BS-VI spec engines.
